I’ve been writing about East Coast wine (with a focus on New York) for almost 20 years in local, national and personal publications. I’ve had various blogs but at the start of 2022, I launched Press Fraction — a subscription-supported newsletter —
to enable me to write what I want instead of what editors and ad sales managers want. I’m honest — sometimes harshly so — but I’m also extremely passionate about East Coast wine. I do this because I love telling the stories of local wine, focusing on the people, places and passions behind them. I have also had a wine club for more than 10 years where I pick the wines that I’m most excited about from New York, Virginia, Pennsylvania and other East Coast regions. I’ve partnered with The Cellar d’Or in Ithaca, NY and we ship four different wines to my members six times per year. And club members get a free paid membership to my newsletter.
